Shipping Information

1.Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time for your order is 12-15 business days. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance procedures and local postal service efficiency.

Air Freight
If you opt for air freight, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in China. The estimated delivery time for air freight is within 15 days. This expedited shipping method ensures that your package arrives quickly and efficiently.

Sea Freight - Western United States
For orders shipped via sea freight to the western United States, the estimated delivery time is approximately 45 days. This method is cost-effective for larger shipments and allows for efficient transportation across the Pacific Ocean.

Sea Freight - Eastern United States
For orders shipped via sea freight to the eastern United States, the estimated delivery time is approximately 70 days. This longer timeframe is due to the additional distance and logistics of shipping to the east coast.
Please remember that these delivery timeframes are subject to change and may be affected by customs clearance procedures and local postal service efficiency. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control. 

2. When will the order be shipped?
We will process your order within 2 business days, unless it is a preorder item. If you place your order on a non-business day, we will ship the order the next business day. Holiday deliveries may be delayed by a day or two.

Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. If there is a delay, please contact us by email: Slusharkus@gmail.com. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice.

2. Preorders
We provide an estimated shipping date for preorders; however, we cannot guarantee an exact date. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together when available.

3.Order Change/Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at Slusharkus@gmail.com ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't been shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.

4. Lost Package
Please keep in mind that we hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are responsible for delivering it! Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it. Any claims for lost packages need to be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.

If tracking says delivered, but you have not received it: please email us with the information, and we will start an insurance claim for you.

5. Where does the package ship from?
Our warehouse is based in China. When the package lands in your country, it will be delivered by a local carrier.

6. How to track orders?
You could track it by App Shop or track my order.

7. Restrictions
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at Slusharkus@gmail.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

8. Customs Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivered duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Slushark cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

9. Accidents
If any item is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubts about possible damage, you must do the following:

- Clearly state this on the receipt before signing for payment.
- Arrange to contact us within two working days.
- Save the damaged packing materials for inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.

10. Shipping Time
At SLUSHARK, we strive to provide our valued customers with efficient and reliable shipping services. 

  1. In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items will typically be processed and shipped within approximately seven business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
  2. Out-of-Stock Items: For products currently out of stock, shipping times will vary depending on the specific item's availability. We work diligently with our suppliers to restock inventory as quickly as possible. Once the item is back in stock, it will be promptly processed and shipped according to our standard shipping timeframe.
  3. International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local postal service efficiency. We recommend referring to our estimated shipping times for your destination or contacting our customer service team for further assistance.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
