Is there a deposit required to place an order?

SLUSHARK does not require a deposit to place an order. You will only be charged the full amount of the vehicle's price at the time of purchase.

Can I visualize the vehicle online before ordering?

Before placing an order, you may want to visualize the vehicle online. Unfortunately, SLUSHARK does not currently offer a virtual visualization feature on our website. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications for each vehicle to help you make an informed decision.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How long will it take for the vehicle to arrive once I place an order?

Once you have placed an order, the expected delivery timeline for your vehicle will depend on various factors, including your location and the availability of the chosen vehicle. SLUSHARK strives to deliver vehicles as quickly as possible, typically within 12 -15 weekdays from the date of purchase. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or high demand may cause slight delays.

What vehicles are currently in production and available for delivery?

SLUSHARK offers a range of vehicles designed for non-paved terrains. Currently, the SLUSHARK L1 and SLUSHARK Z3 are in production and available for delivery. These vehicles are equipped with energy storage capabilities and excellent handling, ensuring an active and comfortable driving experience.
